The first time I tried these capsules, I suffered from a nervous colon, leg cramps, gas, diarrhoea, constipation, colic, bloating, and slow digestion. However, I've noticed considerable improvement since using them. I take them with breakfast for the best results and avoid taking them late in the evening. I intend to buy more as I have found them beneficial.
